Fax on demand is closely related to Fax Response, and may use the same hardware/software system. When a sales or support person is talking on the phone, they can, from their computer, request a document be faxed directly to the person they are talking to, automatically, right then, without finding the document and going to a fax machine. This can be a real time and money saver in a busy call center.
