Well, Gartner Group said it, and what they said is that corporations should consider using Open Source products like Linux, Apache and Pearl. They explain why most of the fears of corporate managers are invalid and why the stability and availabliley of Open Source products is better than that of propretary products. One corporate point is not covered. Corporate managers insist they must have a specific company responsible so there is someone to sue if things go wrong. Like they're going to sue Microsoft when Windows instability brings their network to its knees. Riiiight. Corp guys are so scared of Microsoft even mildly negative comments are always attributed to "who wished to remain anonymous".
